Returning Items

Returns must be made within 14 days of purchase. Please contact us for authorization of any return / exchange by emailing
Return / Exchange Request: customerservice@shoe-envy.co.uk
You will be issued with an RMA number which you must quote in your returns parcel.
We will be unable to process your return / exchange without this RMA number.


Unworn footwear can be returned in all original packaging the following ways:

Note the packaging is also important, so please do not mark the box or put tape on it. You can return using any method, but please be aware that you are responsible for safe return to us - we cannot be held responsbile for items that go missing in the post when we are not the sender - therefore we strongly recommend you send using a trackable service and have adequate insurance to protect yourself against loss.  We recommend recorded delivery as a minimum.

You must enclose clear documentation with your return stating your name and address and reason for return.
If you are returning for an exchange please state size and style you require.
If you do require an exchange postage will be payable - this will be confirmed when you obtain your authorization.

Once your goods are accepted back into stock you will be issued with a refund or a replacement.
We regret that post and packing charges cannot be refunded.
