How do I Pay?
You may pay online by credit or debit card, or using paypal funds

How will my item be sent?
Normally items are sent by next day courier for mainland uk, recorded delivery for non mainland uk and international signed for, for all other areas. In all cases a signature is required, so please ensure you let us know if you have any delivery requirements, e.g. deliver to a work address*. Items are sent out same day if paid for by 3pm.
How can I check the status of my delivery?
Please email carriage@shoe-envy.co.uk and we will check status and email you back.
What is the policy for returning or exchanging an item?
Please contact us for authorization of any return / exchange by emailing
customerservice@shoe-envy.co.uk or by calling us on 01747 835400
Unworn footwear can be returned in all original packaging the following ways:
Via royal mail standard parcels, or any other method of shipping as long as proof of posting is obtained to protect yourself against loss.
We recommend recorded delivery as a minimum.
Don't forget to keep you receipt!
You must enclose clear documentation with your return stating your name and address and reason for return.
If you are returning for an exchange please state size and style you require.
If you do require an exchange postage will be payable - this will be confirmed when you obtain your authorization.
Once your goods are accepted back into stock you will be issued with a refund or a replacement.
We regret that post and packing charges cannot be refunded.
