HOW TO EXCHANGE OR RETURN YOUR ITEM:
We hope you LOVE your new shoes! However, if it turns out that they're not suitable for whatever reason, you can return them to us within 365 days - yes a whole year! - for a refund or exchange to the same value. We just ask that you return them in the same condition that you received them in, and in their original packaging and tags. You must obtain a returns reference (RMA) in order to return your package - this can be obtained by simply emailing or phoning our customer service team customerservice@shoe-envy.co.uk

You will be issued with an RMA number which you must quote in your returns parcel. We will be unable to process your return / exchange without this RMA number.
Note the packaging is also important, so please do not mark the box or put tape on it. We are unable to accept returns if the packaging has been taped or written on.
If the item is faulty or if we've made a mistake with your order you must notify us within 14 days of receipt. We will then be able to offer a full refund or an exchange and reimburse your postage costs if applicable.

Please be aware that you are responsible for safe return to us - we cannot be held responsbile for items that go missing in the post when we are not the sender - therefore we strongly recommend you send using a trackable service and have adequate insurance to protect yourself against loss. We recommend recorded delivery as a minimum.
You must enclose clear documentation with your return stating your name and address and reason for return.
If you are returning for an exchange please state size and style you require. Exchanges may be subject to stock availability. There is no charge for exchanging an item, excluding postage charges if you live outside the UK. If you exchange for a further time, you may be charged for p and p. Any exchanged item that is returned for a refund will be subject to a £2.99 retrospective postage fee.
Once your goods are accepted back into stock you will be issued with a refund or a replacement. You will receive an email from us confirming any refund. Your refund will be done as quickly as possible, but you must allow 7 days maximum, although we make every effort to issue your refund within 2 days of receipt.
We're really sorry, but we are unable to take back used goods which are unsuitable or don't fit, or reimburse the postage costs incurred returning the unused/unsuitable items to us. This is in addition to, and does not affect, your consumer rights. Full terms and conditions can be found on our terms and conditions page.
