HOW TO EXCHANGE OR RETURN YOUR ITEM:
We hope you LOVE your new shoes! However, if it turns out that they're not suitable for whatever reason, you can return unworn goods for an exchange or refund within 90 days of purchase .
Just email or call for a returns reference (RMA) first, you can email [email protected] or call us on 01747 898010. If you ar returning an item for an exchange and are a mainland UK customer, exchanges are FREE Post, just use the prepaid return label provided.

YOU NOW HAVE THE OPTION OF USING THE PRE-PAID RETURN LABEL (MAINLAND UK CUSTOMERS ONLY)
1. You may use our pre-paid returns label to make things easier and cheaper for you.
2. The cost for using this is £3.20* and if you use the label, this amount will be deducted from your total refund. Please note if you are returning for an exchange, there is no charge for using the prepaid label. Return of an item for an exchange is FREE of charge if you are a mainland UK customer.
3. Please ensure that you obtain proof of postage when sending back to Shoe Envy as we cannot be liable for any items that go missing without this.
4. Please also note that our returns label is good for items up to 2 kg, over that weight, you would need to use a further label.
5. Make sure the goods are returned unworn, in their original packaging with all tags, tissue paper etc. in-tact and please return in the original box the item was sent to you in.
6. Please write your RMA number on the label.

If you are returning for an exchange please state size and style you require. Exchanges may be subject to stock availability. There is no charge for returning to exchange an item, excluding postage charges if you live outside mainland UK. If you exchange for a further time, you may be charged for p and p. Any exchanged item that is returned for a refund may be subject to a £2.99 retrospective postage fee.
If the item is faulty or if we've made a mistake with your order you must notify us within 14 days of receipt. We will then be able to offer a full refund or an exchange and send you a prepaid returns label so that you can return the item free of charge. You must use the prepaid label to return goods in this case. If you are outside the UK and have a faulty item, you may have to pay the return but this will be credited back to you on receipt.;
Once your goods are accepted back into stock you will be issued with a refund or a replacement. If there is a balance to pay for any exchange we will contact you by telephone. You will receive an email from us confirming any refund. Your refund will be done as quickly as possible, but you must allow 7 days maximum, although we make every effort to issue your refund within 2 days of receipt.
We're really sorry, but we are unable to take back used goods which are unsuitable or don't fit, or reimburse the postage costs incurred returning the unused/unsuitable items to us, other than for exchanges as above. This is in addition to, and does not affect, your consumer rights. Full terms and conditions can be found on our terms and conditions page.
