HOW TO EXCHANGE OR RETURN YOUR ITEM:
Please note, we have an EXTENDED CHRISTMAS RETURNS POLICY for items purchased from 16th November until 24th December - all items purchased during this time may be returned by 14th January for a refund or exchange.

At all other times of the year, all returns must be made within 14 days of purchase* Items MUST be returned unworn, in all original packaging, in brand new condition fit for resale. You must obtain a returns reference (RMA) in order to return your package - this can be obtained by simply emailing or phoning our customer service team customerservice@shoe-envy.co.uk
You will be issued with an RMA number which you must quote in your returns parcel. We will be unable to process your return / exchange without this RMA number.
Note the packaging is also important, so please do not mark the box or put tape on it.

Please be aware that you are responsible for safe return to us - we cannot be held responsbile for items that go missing in the post when we are not the sender - therefore we strongly recommend you send using a trackable service and have adequate insurance to protect yourself against loss. We recommend recorded delivery as a minimum.
You must enclose clear documentation with your return stating your name and address and reason for return.
If you are returning for an exchange please state size and style you require. Exchanges may be subject to stock availability. There is no charge for exchanging an item, excluding postage charges if you live outside the UK. If you exchange for a further time, you may be charged for p and p. Any exchanged item that is returned for a refund will be subject to a £2.99 retrospective postage fee. Returns of exchanges MUST be made within the initial 14 day period from original purchase.
Once your goods are accepted back into stock you will be issued with a refund or a replacement. You will receive an email from us confirming any refund. Your refund will be done as quickly as possible, but you must allow 7 days maximum, although we make every effort to issue your refund within 2 days of receipt.
We regret that post and packing charges cannot be refunded.
