Received these boots yesterday and have barely taken them off since! FANTASTIC customer service from Shoe envy- I'm an Emu virgin and heeded advice to size down! When boots arrived and felt a little tight on my toes I was concerned that sizing was wrong, called customer service and was advised to have faith and tightness issues would be resolved...and within an hour or so boots felt like second skin! So warm and comfortable. LOVE EMU AND WELL DONE SHOE ENVY!

I am so impressed with Shoe Envy's service. I ordered these boots yesterday at 3pm and they arrived today at noon and I am in Shetland!!!
I love these boots. I already own a pair of Stinger's so went for a size 3 (my Stinger's are my usual size 4 and have stretched quite a bit and I now wear then as slippers) so I would say heed the advice and take a size down in Emu. These Paddington's are snug right now but I know in a few days they won't be.
They are so comfy and cosy and look fab. I am wearing them at full length but they can be rolled down for a different look. Personally I wear them without socks and prefer wearing them this way.

The boots are superb. Soft, flexible, snug and comfortable. Unfortunately I've got to wait until Christmas day before I can use them. :-(

I love my emu boots soooooo much. They are impossible to take off now, as my feet feel cold when i'm not wearing them! I wear them with leggings/ jeans/ minis, and they look fab with everything! Great service from shoe envy too, thank you.
