Delivery

Last ordering day for pre-Christmas delivery is 23rd with next day delivery option!  To speed up your delivery, remember all items ordered before 3pm are shipped out the same day.  Also remember, you have two delivery options, so if you're not in a huge rush you can choose the free option which takes 2 to 3 days, but if you want your item really fast, choose the Special Delivery option and if you order before 3pm, your item will be with you next day by 1pm at the latest!!

Extra deliveries: They’re making extra deliveries in the evenings and on Sundays throughout December, so they’re more likely to deliver when you’re in.  It is easy to collect your post from your local  Enquiry Office, which will be open later from 14th December. The opening hours will be on your ‘sorry you were out’ card.

More redelivery options: You can arrange redelivery of your Christmas parcels to your home address, a neighbour’s address or your local Post Office®. And for December only, you can collect from your Post Office for free.

Please note there will be no collections or deliveries from 25th - 28th December inclusive.

 

For customers spending over £35, Delivery is FREE for UK if you are happy for a slower 3 - 4 day service.  If not, NEXT DAY ''Special' Delivery by 1pm is just £4.99.  The choice is yours to make when you check out .  For orders under that value it is £2.99.   We do ship to other areas including Europe, USA and Canada, and you will be told the cost of carriage during checkout - before you pay!  Please note, this is next 'working' day for items ordered by 3pm, so delivery cannot be guaranteed on Saturdays.  If you are ordering on a friday, and have to have your item next day , please call us on 01747 898010.  

In all cases a signature is required, so please ensure you let us know if you have any delivery requirements, e.g. deliver to a work address*.  If you are not in when your item is delivered, the postman will leave you a card and you can arrange to collect your item from your local sorting office or rearrange a delivery day to suit you.  Please note, items must be paid for before 3pm to get next day service, and next day means next working day - items are not normally delivered on a Saturday - if this is something you need, just call us)

Subject to payment clearance, you should allow one working day for special delivery, and up to 4 working days the slower service. For deliveries outside the uk please allow 3 to 7 working days.

*IMPORTANT: You can provide an alternative address for delivery during the online ordering process, e.g. your work address.  Remember, if you make changes to your delivery address to click the 'save' button when you've finished.
